Checks
Be Different has an affiliation with a reputable verification agency, MIE www.mie.co.za . Based on the screening requirements of each client, Be Different includes the checks as part of the placement fee. There is a wide range of checks that can be conducted ID, driver license, criminal, credit, fraud, qualification check. MIE is able to perform checks locally as well as internationally.

References
Referencing is essential to the recruitment process. Be Different will conduct two references from past employers. Be Different ensures that the reference contact is suitable in terms of the validity and seniority of their role. Be Different confirms that the following checks will be able to be presented to our clients at our clients request when required in line with the position: Two references from two past employers to be completed by Be Different Recruitment, unless otherwise requested from client.

Our Approach & Methodology

Be Different offers a specialised service in managing the placement of candidates in both permanent and contract positions across a variety of industries.

We work closely with our clients to capture their requirements and present a true and accurate account of the job opportunity. Our aim is to present well prepared and suitable candidates to our clients that meet their brief. We appreciate the time constraints that businesses and interviewers face when recruiting for a new employee. We also appreciate that for some candidates the interview process can be confusing and daunting. Within the competitive job market of South Africa we feel that it is important that our candidates be given the tools to express their value and enjoy the interview process, their readiness, clarity and factual responses are key to assisting companies in making their decisions.

We also appreciate the importance of candidate referrals and other supplementary avenues. We work with our clients to define the most appropriate channels for their individual needs.
