We work closely with our clients to capture their requirements and present a true and accurate account of the job opportunity. Our aim is to present well prepared and suitable candidates to our clients that meet their brief. Candidate Warehouse and Database Capacity
Be Different has access to a number of different databases which include the following: Be Different’s own in-house custom built web based database, which is able to report on number of candidates within each race, numbers on male or female candidates as well as disabled candidates. The database is secure and able to store all electronic information on candidates.
Alternative Sources of Candidates
Be Different has access to the Career Junction database www.careerjunction.co.za which consists of almost 700 000 registered users as well as PNET database www.pnet.co.za which provides Be Different access to a database of 530 000 registered users.
Be Different has access to a number candidates with specialized skills who are referred to Be Different. This network has been created through past relationships and quality relationships built through service delivered.
Be Different is able to provide search services depending on the specification of the client. Be Different is able to demonstrate situations whereby clients have requested specialized skills within specific sectors.
Psychometric Assessments and Other Selection Modes
We are able to provide assessments on candidates if requested. These assessments are internationally recognized and provide useful tools to clients in determining the suitability of candidates. We also have a link with a company that offers every type of psychometric assessment available with Qualified Psychometrists.
